The development of digital technology has transformed the banking industry, including Islamic banking. Islamic mobile banking provides customers with convenient, flexible, and efficient access to banking services and transactions. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic mobile banking in improving transaction convenience and customers' transaction intention. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Islamic bank customers who had used Islamic mobile banking services. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, while the data were analyzed using simple linear regression to examine the effect of perceived ease of use on customers' transaction intention. The findings indicate that Islamic mobile banking plays an important role in facilitating customers' banking transactions by providing fast, practical, flexible, and efficient access to financial services. Perceived ease of use also contributes positively to customers' intention to use Islamic mobile banking for transactions continuously. These findings are consistent with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which identifies perceived ease of use as a key factor influencing technology acceptance. However, transaction intention is also supported by security, trust, perceived usefulness, service quality, and compliance with Islamic principles. Therefore, Islamic banks should continuously improve mobile banking services by simplifying transaction procedures, strengthening security systems, developing user-oriented features, and maintaining Sharia compliance. Islamic mobile banking can thus serve as a strategic instrument for improving service quality and strengthening customers' transaction intention in the digital era.
